德國航太複合材料大廠Cotesa近日證實，對於大陸安泰科技公司（中國鋼鐵研究總院子公司）去年9月提出的入股案，德國經濟部門總算開了綠燈。據悉，安泰科技當時計畫耗資超過1億歐元（近35億新台幣）購入Cotesa共75％的股權，不過卻因為有關單位的安全調查而一度延宕。
有一派分析認為，由於德國總理梅克爾才剛結束訪問中國的行程，這很可能正是她帶來的「伴手禮」之一。據德國《商報》報導， Cotesa創始人兼首席執行官JörgHüsken表示，如果投資人是來自挪威或美國，那這樣的調查就不會發生。
JörgHüsken強調，「中國人理解我們，這是我們第一次有這樣一個長期的戰略投資者；預計在10年內，我們的收益將增加10倍。」報導指出，中資的問題始於2016年，當時因為大陸電器製造商美的集團(Midea)計畫以45億歐元（1570億新台幣）收購機器人製造商Kuka，這導致了人們擔心，中國正藉由購入關鍵的公司來獲取德國的技術和知識產權。
報導表示，身為空客公司和波音公司的供應商之一的Cotesa，主要的廠區位於德國東部薩克森州的米特魏達(Mittweida)市，一共有近750名員工，他們計畫在進行這個重大擴張後，可以向中國商用飛機提供所需的零組件。
報導指出，理論上，一國的監管機構的確可以調查來自任何國家的收購案，但實際上，這完全是針對中國；在2016年下半年，美國因為出於安全擔憂而阻止了中國收購德國芯片製造商Aixtron，在此之後，德國和歐盟也跟進並宣布加強調查海外機構對科技公司的投入。
據報導，QFAT投資基金的專家指出，之後中國將有一家Cotesa的新工廠，而德國公司方面則沒有改變的計畫，將繼續保持目前的管理團隊將保持不變。
